For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs that have been installed, cut, tinted or worn cannot be returned. Unopened hair care, beauty products and fragrances can be returned within 7 days. See our Returns page for the full policy.

Most appointments do not require a deposit. Bridal and custom wig services are confirmed with a booking deposit, which is deducted from your final balance on the day.

Bring your wig if you are having it installed or styled, along with any reference photos of the look you want. Arrive with your hair clean and detangled unless your service includes a wash.

Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb, wash with sulphate-free shampoo, deep condition, and store it on a wig head or in a satin bag. Our free care guides walk you through every step.

Yes. Custom units are built to your measurements, density, length and colour. Most custom wigs are ready within 2–3 weeks, and we book a consultation first to plan the unit with you.
